Unfortunately a R/S would be suicide to the investor. The PPS continues to drop. A R/S would result with us having less shares and the PPS would continue to drop back to before the split. a 10/1 would bring price up to .003. how long do you think it would take for frank dilute more and price drops back to .0003. With us holding less shares.
