The company is still in bankruptcy. They failed to mention this in their 8K proving that the chairman continues to mislead us.
Here is the case number Docket for case #: 2:13-bk-17237
My guess is that the judge dismissed the BK on the subsidiary but left it on the parent.
ALSO- tried to reach them at their headquarters and apparently they were EVICTED for not paying their rent.
Look at the new BK- looks like a bunch of real estate companies.
This was a good company- what happened and why will they not be straight with us?
