Yeah, Paige, BAXA appears to be a good outfit. I never said otherwise. Nor did LMOROVAN, who clearly posted that the BAXA move was a positive event.

The trouble is, Valimed, with its limited role, will never reach the sales volume necessary to make CDEX a money making company to the benefit of the shareholders. AT least, I do not think so.

Now if BAXA, with its diversified product line and international reach ever went public, I would strongly consider buying in.

But like many big companies these days, they will probably not go public.
