Yes, I've been told via pm. But, like you probably know, there needs to be more than a "I think" for the SEC. Disgruntled people file based on emotion and there's usually little substance to it.

From all the factual DD posted here, from all the disgruntled here, how can there be an "I think" at all. I keep hearing "that's a fact" arguments every time I ask for some kind of proof. The SEC or FBI do not need proof, just evidence that a crime is or did take place. From all posted here, if true, everything needed to kick off an investigation has been compiled for 4 years. It should be a slan dunk to get an investigation going.

Many here feel that the DD posted has been mostly interpretations of the facts that have been one-sided, excluding any responses from BW. Is it possible that the negative slants evaporate when both sides are told? It sure will with authorities investigating because they will get BW's take on everything. Maybe they already have.
