"ask AMD. X2 3800 runs at 2 GHz. It's quite difficult to understand the TDP of A64E, it's not one simple number in a list, and not in the OPN on the lid anymore. You have to use the CPU to be able to find out the TDP. Max TDP is just misleading."

It's a thread about the Anandtech preview of Yonah. I just found it interesting how much the talk was of TDP variability.
