The SEC and State Securities Regulators aren't sitting around waiting for the next hot tip to come in and pounce on. Most go ignored and others can take years to go after with limited staffs and budgets. It's not so cut and dry.

I do agree, but here's my problem. I've been through a similar situation as this one and the CFO/CEO were both reported. The SEC investigated in May, Suspended the stock in Oct, Wells Notice in Dec, lawsuit and arrests the following May. Well, you get the picture. Now I know everyone is understaffed, but they do go after these guys, but they do have to be reported. I have asked many times on here about reporting BW, but only had one response and it sounded pretty shaky to me as to whether that person would really do it or did do it.

So if he's done all that I keep hearing, report him...really simple stuff and can be anonymous, plus there is "whistleblower" money available upon conviction.

In the absence of that which is not, that which is, is not.
