Carnes, Hochstedler, and Weber are all known associates. Per Olafs DD I know for a fact that Hochstedler and Weber go back as far as 2003.

Carnes provided BW the shell and mentored BW as well a Hochstedler.

Carnes and Jared are both convicted criminals...BW is a convicted tax evader who paid off a personal debt to Jared with bbda funds.

All three have a history...all one has to do is dig.
Weber also associates with Richard Yandoli...the only man to Bankrupt several Micky D's along with other known resturant ventures...

As one sees the associates and employees weber is known to run with...it's clear that trouble lurks and BWs character is in question...
