if you can make 10% gain and exit this POS then do it. I believe that Harmon knew that all the fluffy news and the pumps aren't going to work while he is sitting as a CEO so he then decided to spend some extra cash but not on a pump this time but on hiring someone who can make the pump works. I will be surprised if this go to $2. I won't be surprised if it goes to $.20 though. play it safe, too risky here.
