IDK but second installment of investment is as at work from today onwards. One thing I notice,that you have to place small number of multiple orders to accumulate this stock below .02( It hurts to pay more trading fee thou).
Current trading pattern shows, there are less sellers and less buyers. As soon as earning is out ,there will be more new buyers than sellers ( assuming positive earning report ).

That being said, one thing is sure that, this stock will jump to .04 to .05 range in matter of week after positive earning and revenue prediction.

Please note, this is my opinion and that's why I am accumulating as many shares below .02. I believe this stock will trade in this range till April 30 in that range before flying to .05 after April 30.
