Can We Say Short Squeeze... Looks like firm stuck their neck out and got burned. Shares are cleared when they are cleared through the system. A note saying they have no restrictions is not good enough. Now if they had the shares and submitted them and DTC cleared them then, they would be cleared and could not be changed. It wouldn't matter. They would be cleared. I Haven't seen a firm clear OTC stocks like that in years, just for that reason. What ever the issues are between u and the ceo, I have no say. The broker dealer is caught with their paints down and should have not let any trades go off until DTC gave an official clear. If the BD did wait for DTC official clear. this would not be a problem.... Short Squeeze...
