I assume that they will do an 8-k when the settlement is fully consummated, but there is no automated way that I know to check for developments using the PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) system or West online resources that I currently use. So checking involves logging into the PACER system to look for new developments. Around June 1, I am moving over to LEXIS, which does have an automated way for me to set up an inquiry and then receive notice whenever an item is added to the docket.

With that long intro, I have not checked since my last post. I have committed to checking after the deadline for notifying the Court that the settlement did not go through (May 6, as I recall). I may check periodically before then, but I cannot commit to it.

But, to answer your question today, there have not been any developments since my last post (i.e., I just checked).

Hey blue dog, any comment. TIA
