Due to the lack of information provided by this company the share structure is in doubt in my opinion. Unless someone has contacted the T.A. recently to obtain the share info. I am going to assume the outstanding shares are above your 200 MILLION mark.
It has been repeated by Mr.Violette that dilution was going to place for LHPT.
