Yeah MAYBE this CEO is a piece of crap. But IF and WHEN they start winning and getting settlement moneys against ALL involved, and they will, just a matter of time, I'm locked and loaded with my shares. This guy MUST do some smart things with this settlement money if CIRC is to EVER survive. Pay off YA Global first. Get ALL the shares YA has back. Do a share buyback and get the OS back down to a reasonable level. And Maybe this stock MIGHT do something?
