TSTC has a new fan base from the OTC market. Authorized shares are a demon in that world as it usually amounts to dilution.

TSTC is in the gutter, but authorized share count on a NASDAQ stock as an indicator is a rookie mistake.

One must look at TSTC and how many times they have increased the outstanding shares. A fraction over time.

Not to defend them...just posting facts.
