I thought the churn rate for Netflix was around 40%... and poor BBI is probably getting worst since the rats are jumping off the ship at this point. That 25% growth in November had to come from somewhere... it will get worst for BBI as we grow. I found this in a previous NFLX pr....



"Speaking of insane: Netflix gets the "pie in the sky" award for touting (with a straight face) that it'll have 20 million subscribers by 2010 to 2012. To date, trials of Netflix by 8.4 million people have yielded 3.6 million subscribers. That translates to a 43% hit rate. "This year, that number is getting worse and is down to 38%," the short says. "Assuming that stays the same, to get the incremental 16.4 million subscribers, 43.2 million people will need to sample the service."
