TDA is just a broker.. the shares are actually handled by the exchange. If you look at the folowing page, TDA is a member of FINRA.

It's one huge scam to block NSS. And my guess is FFGO took advantage of that and hired a MM to NSS their own stock. Yes, that's my opinion.
