To me it was very transparent, the writing style wasn't sincere enough for me to believe anything. Needed less attacking and more substance and reasoning. Kept beating a dead horse, overused some words and nothing good to say at all. Relied too heavily on attacking the past management, never even touched the new guys. Was a call to short the stock imo..no offense to the writer it got to the point very quickly
