I’m not skeptical of PRT4445 per se, but rather of ability of PRT4445 to salvage Betrixaban. From #msg-82410316 (Dec 2012):

Thanks for the clarification. Perhaps PTLA will be worth a look if betrixaban fails and the valuation takes a large hit (assuming the IPO goes through). Would still have to see where valuation is at that time, of course.
