How was this stock promoted?

Hello follow Ihubbers.. I have been monitoring GNIN and it is complete mistery for me, there was no direct mail promotion, there was nothing that i can see and yet this stock traded so huge.

Can somebody tell me how was this stock promoted so it traded so much? i also did not see many online newsletters profiling it..

So what was it?
