I can and have done my own due diligence (DD), the point here is to get to the bottom of allegations being presented to the entire investment community. One may draw one's own conclusion from one's own DD, however, making statements concerning an individual based on those conclusions without verifiable proof and relaying that information to the masses in such vague terms is detrimental to the character of the individual and the company as a whole.

In totality, the names involved in the court documents may be the same as the CEO of CirTran, but can also be someone who shares the same name and not be the CEO of CirTran. Making claims that the two are the same without providing supporting documentation is reckless at best.
