Fuzzy on the details but seems they did pull a lot of gold out during a short time last year and sold over 1 mil worth then ran out of water, yes? Sounds like they spent the money on 100% acquisition of 2 water wells then oops, realized they owed a little tax on the gold... good move IMO, IRS makes cheap loans
