I've read the filings, seen the good and the bad and the company is moving forward. Water has been acquired for gold mine operations, a lawsuit has been settled allowing pursuit of countersuit, then there is the explanation of the dilution which brought us the cheap prices today.

The IRS is used to people oweing them money and are slow to collect when in communication.

Bottom line, millions spent right back into the company projects will continue to move the company forward.
