I can't believe you wrote that. Background checks are nothing more than a guise for registration. Gun registration has always preceded gun confiscation.
There are no loopholes, it's media hype. Go gun show, buy a gun, go on the internet, buy a gun; you can't do it it without passing background check (registering).
Criminals and impaired people will still get guns; most gun crimes are done with illegal guns. Please, I know you are an intelligent person. Don't fall for anti-gun hyped world of lies.
