Trading pennies can be a dirty game. If you lost money you either didn't do your research on who/what you were putting your money with/in, or you got too greedy and didn't cash out when you should have.

Either way, take some personal responsibility for any losses you may have suffered and move on. I know that isn't in vogue in this country nowadays, but constantly whining on a message board isn't going to make that money back.
