DENISE RESPONSE:
>>How was NTEK able to buy back 25% of the companies shares considering in the not so far past they were having to dilute heavily to raise funds. For >>instance
The company used a combination of contracts and cash.
>>These two guys dont work for NTEK but own the majority which is a little nerve wrecking to me.
(I was referring to the two that each got 250,000,000 shares in exchange for funds)
No one holds a majority stake in NTEK. Both of these shareholders were drastically reduced in the share buyback, and 190M of the shares issued were returned to treasury, with the balance redistributed to a variety of companies and shareholders during expansion of the operations and reduction of debt.
>>My question is where NTEK came up with the funds?
Operations
>>Did NTEK get some of these shares back from these individuals stated?
Yes, 190M were returned to treasury.
>>My next question is if FS Global Corporation and Nanotech Media Corporation were indeed revoked in Jan of 12'? since this is where the 500,000,000 shares >>were given for $500,000 and if true seems very odd and shady.
That is false information.
>>The patent situation has been raised many times.
What patent situation?
>>What is the holdup on the patents and are other companies trying to patent the same technology?
What are you referring to?
>>My last question and I appreciate you taking the time to read my email is... Who has been promoting once again this stock through emails?
