Mr Carsten, I am an investor in QASP (Quasar Areospace)

They put ut a PR (letter of intent) stating that they along with 3 companies will merge to form Holdings Aviation Corp.

That email was sent last night. I followed up with a call this morning to Mr. Carsten.

I was told that there was some talks about financing a while back. He basicly said that as far as he knew eveyone had walked away and the deal is basicly on hold. He was also upset that his Company was shown as part of the new website, Holdingsaviation.com

I suggest that if anyone wants more information to contact Mr Carsten.

Was this not an "event" worthy of notifying the shareholders?
