If or whenever TA is ungagged, will there be 3 billion shares? or 300 million with a 1:10,000 Reverse split?

No there will be a maximum of 2.4B just as BW said. 3B to 300M is a 1:10 RS. There's no need to RS the stock unless and until BW decides to uplist to a higher exchange to meet requirements. BW also has no need to fix a share structure that is not broken. In the worst of cases, to which is often referred here, the PPS would have to be at no Bid to RS it (as it was 3 years ago). That doesn't appear likely now that the business is beginning to boom. Look at the fins. Even unaudited, they show a growing business in revenues and a shrinking need for funding....the formula for success.
