Any thought on 1161:HK (Water Oasis) ?

This is a great board. I just followed Tbird here.

I have been followed 1161:HK for almost 2 years. Bought some share at 1.00 HKD and sold for a small gain. The share price looks attractive now.But the CEO has resigned last year due to health problem. She is the largest shareholder. And her brother step in.
Water Oasis has lost ~H2O+ franchise right in China and Taiwan last year. They has been consistent to pay dividend for several years. And the spa and beauty centers seems to work out well in Hong Kong and China. But I didn't see it with my own eyes yet.

Templeton fund holds 5% via convertible bond at 1.5 HKD and Francis Leung Pak To was hired to advise acquisition for the company since 2010 and he was given an option(2.2HKD/share ) in return. But these option was expired at the end of 2012

The share price now looks cheap but I am not sure about the fraud.So I have not established any position yet.
