Well there you go again not understanding the facts being argued in the Supreme Court. They are not seeking to add gay marriage to the constitution but are seeking that DOMA be struck down (which it will). In the CA case they are seeking that the State of CA ballot question be held as it is now - against the constitution. I suspect here the Supremes will say that the people bringing this to the court have no standing and the lower court decision of striking down the Prop 8 ballot will stand.

So maybe you can show us where they are asking to put it in the COnstitution or is that another area you are extremely confused about?
