Began legging in today to QQQ...a 5% entry at $26.30. Will add 5% every $1 down to (hopefully) phase-II, where I'll be almost 20-25% invested. If we just slide through phase-II towards phase-III, then I'll be prepared for that too (and beyond some, if need be). This way, my feet are wet, but I won't drown (for awhile at least). Since I'm uncertain, that's the way I'm going to position for it as of now.
