That would probably cost less so it makes sense.

The Sun Gold Mine reserves are not listed though they put lot of effort in 2011 but seems like they stopped it.

The Treasure Gulch mine mentioned 44,000 oz gold reserves. i.e 66 million worth of asset. Gold is around $1500 per oz.

But the oil properties seems really promising. Each carrying about 2-3 million barrels of oil. i.e about 400 million worth asset.
