the fact that some think voters can deprive others of their civil rights because they don't like the way they live blows my mind!

Both CO and CT it could be argued did exactly that with their gun legislation.

The DOMA case specifically addresses the equal protection clause at the federal level.

That one is already a winner.

The CA case is a little more involved.
