Actually it will be in CA as they will not overrule the last court that ruled it unconstitutional. With the current makeup of the court they do not have the spine to do the right thing so they will let the states one by one eventually stop the discrimination. Eventually it will but it will be the bigoted state we have now that will be the last hold outs.
