who cares if the CA vote was legal. No majority can suppress the rights of a minority in the United States. Therefore the CA vote was unconstitutional. While the CA vote followed the legal process of getting on the ballot what it constituted was a gross injustice to a minority. That you seem incapable of understanding the precepts of our constitution is not surprising. What is surprising is how you almost daily publicly display your ignorance on a wide range of topics. Some people just don't know any better I guess.
