04/03/2013 Effective with the closing of the transaction,
Daniel Cooper, Timothy Durant and Stephanie Cooper resigned in their roles asofficers and directors of the Company. Rusty Bresse shall serve as the President and Director of the Company. Additional officers and directors are expected to be named during the current calendar quarter.

Rusty Bresse has served as the Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board of Crednology, Inc. since the incorporation of the Company in September 2002. Crednology, Inc. became the first online credit management company in the United States in 2002 and has developed relationships with over 4000 referring companies nationwide. Prior to forming Crednology,Inc., Mr. Bresse worked in the credit industry for over 20 years. Mr. Bresse
has spoken on the subjects of credit, credit management and the importance of establishing and maintaining a good credit rating at many venues in the United States and Canada.
