Raising the cash from huge dilution is only good for the new buyers!
Which will lead to the huge loss to all the existing shareholders...
I've just recently experienced another Nasdaq stock: after the shares
dilutions the price had crashed from $0.2501 to $0.1155 (down 54%)!

OTC-Killers-Club has spot 181 stock killers from 4900-bagger to 2.33-bagger since 03/05/2011
