As a shareholder, looking over the past PRs, I ask myself why would a company PR something that could leave investors believing that Treaty is pumping 50 bopd or the potential is there for 30k bopd in TX? Why for 2 years have we been told things are getting done when it appears York wasn't doing anything? Why were we told rig #7 was showing up months ago and it was on its way when it wasn't? Why would someone claim we struck oil when in fact it is apparent there might have been oil shows and a lot more testing would have to be done? And now someone is going around starting up random wells for the appearance of pumping oil. Is this to defraud investors?
