That PR from MDMN is not exactly truthful.

It was not a property sale. It was clearly a garden variety junior exploration company option agreement, as correctly stated in the very last sentence of the PR. HUGE difference between a purchase agreement, as they are saying, and an option agreement. The biggest being the company exploring the property can simply walk away from the option agreement at any time without further obligation. Which, if the exploration is not successful, is exactly what they will do, and MDMN won't see any of the remaining $4.9 million bucks.

As with all of MDMN's PR's, this is intentionally misleading. Perhaps fraudulently so.
