SAN DIEGO, Feb. 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Private investor, George Sharp, and Gary DeRoos, CEO of Citadel EFT, Inc. (CDFT), announced today that the litigation previously announced by Mr. Sharp has been amicably resolved to the satisfaction of the three parties (Sharp, DeRoos and Citadel EFT), without reservation or resentment. Terms of the resolution were not disclosed and remain under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
