Although the report was dated 11/15/2005 you posted, the info was pre sept. 30 2005. The CEO said the stock was diluted and thats why the PPS had went down, however, unlike most of these scams, the money went into the company and IMO the rest of the dilution went through after the CC news in Oct. Look at the volume.. I bet thats how they ended up with 2 million in the bank and the debts paid off.. JMO..
