Man, Lugan and Hoople .. you dudes know so much more then me. Message matt and take your board moderator and asst. moderator position and give me the last one to decorate this place all pretty. Should try to get some peops in here for the group tasting youve been discussing.

I have been trying to buy different wines and develop my pallete but have not found it easy to identify many times although my biology "taste bud tests" always proved I had a great ability to taste and my food tasting ability is very good.

I wonder if being one who likes wine but does not enjoy fruit has prevented that due to my lack of consistent fruit tasting, however, I can identify spices failry well in wine but very accurately in food.

rambling. so dude set up moderators and lets put some ool graphics and stuff and would love to do the wine tasting idea.
-- both are very knowledgable wine folk and this board could make a great edition to the hub.
