While IFUS has been running on fumes the last 2 years, the CEO has done very little dilution since 2010, and none of any significance the last 12 months or more. He has not diluted to pay himself a fat salary the last 2 years (based on the lack of recent shares sold or dumped or changes in the OS or AS). He has however worked tirelessly to increase product sales and distribution. Recently he has pulled off what looks like a huge game changer in the cattle feed market that just may turn this pinky back into a reporting company with a positive PE ratio!!!
I have been in this one for 2-3 years now (LMA, LOL). They have had a real hard time with funding and getting major distribution, but that turned the corner last year when Mastic Blast distribution took off in the UK.
What has set it on fire was recent news that they got the funding ($250,000) for equipment to start manufacturing and distributing a super profitable new Cattle feed mixed with their proprietary product called Nutrimastic. ( made primarily from low cost, free to them right now, sugar cane waste fiber called Baggas, that has a 3 year surplus inventory located at and near their La plant, called Supreme Energy). They are claiming $1 million a month in potential sales and gross profits. OS is 288 million shares. smile
