Surf same as with Dean. Merger with 20 million company lol. As CEO same as Dean talks big about deals they don't happen. Same bs we would see with Dean. Common sense tells us Joe is total bs on merger. No business reason at all to merge with a small QASP company with year after year of losses and no growth since 2011. Who common shareholders have losses after losses now since 2009 with this company stock down 99% with Joe as CEO. There will be no merger. Only question is will he have guts to issue PR with lame excuse why it didn't happen. All Joe has done and is doing is sell shares since becoming CEO. Making again people drink the Koolaid like Dean used to with people. All the shares he sold since becoming CEO before and after r/s brought in money. Yet no revenue growth or profit created. Dean sold shares brought in a lot of money and built nothing. Joe and Dean made money just not the common shareholders they scammed now since 2009 while in charge and as controlling preferred shareholders. When Dean voted in Joe as CEO what more did anyone need to know he was part of the past.
