its a market. when volume dries up, the share price of a stock, any stock, will move to the place where people want to trade. right now people are saying they are willing to pay no more than .97 for IMSC. tomorrow may be $1, or .88, and a lot of this is dependent on the company actually achieving its goals, long and short term. JMHO
