Fidelity and a number of other houses, including TDAmeritrade are about to be exposed for allowing NITE, UBSS, HDSN, et al to deposit IOU's without locates and borrows to back up the IOU's deposited.

I challenge you to find one scrap of evidence on this point. And a lame misreading of FINRA daily numbers is not evidence.
