Homeport....I'm glad you see it the same way. Once the 4 way link up takes place....perhaps we'll hear more of the upcoming auction. I like the fact that we will likely make our picks before the auction begins. That speeds that process up considerable. I hate to think how long it could take STP'ers working alone with little experience in this field to award and get PSC's signed. Probably like watching a sundial locked in an unlighted closet.
