Trade would have been busted by now if it was a fat finger. What you don't realize is that when your 1200$ has turned into 50$ you don't really care if you get 5 or 50 for the shares. People try and sell, wait for days and days with nothing selling. They get fed up and put in a market order to be rid of it. It is pretty much normal on OTC booted greys. When tax loss season hits there will be lots more market sells.
