Did you see where it is reported on OTCMarkets for DHSM where OTC shows some very shady data. They show that DHSM filed that there was a change in share holders on 03/20/2013. Then the odd thing happened 9 days later. OTC now show and increase in A/S up from 510,000,000 to 2,000,0000,000 A/S but, the Nevada SOS still shows 510,000,000 as of today.
Notice the Time Stamp of these two images. The time stamp on the upper one is post the time the data hit the boards, but was upated shortly after as it stands today. Thing is the SOS doesn't show it at all..
Then if one looks at when the ground breaking news hit that DHSM had an increase in A/S, one can see that A) It was a coincednce or B) Someone had an inside on when it was coming out. Then ask why doesn't the NEVADA SOS have the data..

Post # of 33755 Yes, the dilution is staggering. On 30 June 2011, the o/s was a mere 37,059,629. On 30 June 2012 it was 137,682,595. And now it's 375,682,595.
So. The outstanding has increased by TEN TIMES in less than two years.
And now the authorized has been raised from 500 million to 2 billion, so we can expect more of the same ~ Janice Shell
