They can, it depends on the type of information given. I have and I know several buds that talk with CEOs, IRs, & BODs. Since there have been PRs released on events we can discuss them within reason. We can ask for the status/update or request PR update for fellow shareholders on these events if they have not taken place yet or inquire about SS (dilution). There are many topics that can be discussed without breaking any rules. It's how one asks these questions if they can respond to them. If they cannot than all they have to say is, "I can't say but I can say this," type of responses.
