Sao Tome, Nov. 24 (Lusa) - Prime Minister Maria do Carmo Silveira of Sao Tome and Principe has postponed a scheduled visit to Angola for "technical reasons", a spokesman said Thursday.
The three-day visit, initially planned to have begun Wednesday, could possibly take place next week, the official added without further elaboration.
Silveira had been scheduled to discuss bilateral cooperation issues with her Angolan counterpart, Fernando Dias dos Santos, in Luanda.
Officials said earlier that the discussions would center on bolstering air and maritime links between the two countries and on increased Angolan involvement in the archipelago's emerging oil exploration sector.
